‘Il Castagno’ Residence is located at Castagno di Piteccio, an ancient village located 500 metres above sea level on a ridge of the Ombrone River valley, famous for its salubrious climate and quite.

The cobbled streets walkable only by feet, the church dated from the start of the last millennium, and the nineteenth-century fountain, make this stop unmissable and unique.

A COVID FREE WELCOME

We are ready to offer the best stay and a completely safe holiday:

  • We will proceed with a check-in so that upon arrival we can accompany you directly to the apartment
  • Each apartment is cleaned with special products, following all the disinfection and sanitization provided rules
  • Each apartment has an independent entrance and a private outdoor area (garden or terrace)
  • The bar service will be set up mainly outdoor and there will be tables at your disposal distanced as required by law
  • For the swimming pool, distancing with the other guests will be guaranteed both on the pool level and in the park. Our lifeguard will be available for every need
  • The sunbeds and umbrellas will be arranged in such a way as to guarantee the safety distances required by law
  • The beds will be sanitized every time they are left free
  • Throughout the structure you will always find stations with sanitizing gel at your disposal
