The swimming pool is open to all. Residence guests have free entry to the swimming pool. The management reserves the right to change timetables and rates during the year.

On the pool level there are sun beds and deck chairs with umbrellas, while all around a vegetation of chestnut trees allows you to relax and cool off under natural shade of the trees. There is also a swimming pool just for children with a slide and games for the little ones.

Starting from 25 July the swimming pool is open every day from Monday to Sunday from 09.30 to 18.30
Bar and Restaurant
The bar is open every day from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 to 18.00 . Ideal for lunch break, the pool bar Il Castagno offers you salads, cold dishes, sandwiches and flatbreads, without forgetting the snack and the aperitif
Happy Children
The swimming pool of the Residence il Castagno also offers its guests a pool for children where they can play safely and become familiar with the water
Rates
Monday through Friday:
- Umbrella with two sunbeds € 30
- Single bed on the pool side or in the park € 12
- Children up to 10 years of age reduced to € 9
Saturday, Sunday and holidays:
- Umbrella with two sunbeds € 35
- Single bed on the pool side or in the park € 15
- Children up to 10 years of age reduced to € 12

We are ready to offer the best stay and hospitality experience in total safety.
For this year, we have decided to invest in replacing the bed sheets, to ensure an even higher level of hygiene.
- For the swimming pool, the spacing with the other guests both on the pool level and in the park will be guaranteed of at least 1.5 meters for people sitting on deckchairs or sunbeds not belonging to the same family unit
- The sunbeds and umbrellas will be arranged in such a way as to guarantee the safety distances required by the legislation, at least 10 square meters of surface for each umbrella
- The beds and equipment will be sanitized at each change of person or nucleus
- Throughout the structure you will always find stations with sanitizing gel at your disposal
- Store clothing and personal items in your own bag, even if stored in lockers that cannot be shared with others
- Swimming cap mandatory
- Before entering the water you must take a shower with soap
- Small children must wear containing water diapers
- It is forbidden to bring food or drinks from outside into the structure
- The consumption of the bar service will be set up mainly outdoor and there will be at your disposal tables spaced apart as required by law
